Rosemary-Basil Turkey Breast and Mashed Potatoes


What You'll Need:

For the turkey marinade:
- A plastic container big enough to fit your turkey breast(s)
- Vegetable Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar or Lemon Juice (I used red wine vinegar because I used all the lemon juice a few weeks back to lighten my hair :P)
- Garlic Powder
- Ground Black Pepper
- Basil
- Rosemary

For the mashed potatoes:
- 4 russet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of warm butter
- 1/2 cup of warm milk (or cream, or half and half)
- Ground black pepper
- Garlic powder
